Orders ship from Houston, Texas.
Freight
Shipping is paid by the customer and quoted separately with every order, based on the products, quantities and destination. Smaller orders ship by parcel carrier; larger orders ship by freight (LTL) on pallets. Liftgate service and residential delivery, when needed, are quoted separately. We do not offer free shipping on freight orders.
Free local delivery
We deliver free of charge to stores in Magnolia, Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe and north Houston on orders that meet the minimum ($250 for opening orders, $150 for reorders). Delivery dates are scheduled with you when the order is confirmed.
Lead times
Lead times depend on the products ordered and are confirmed with each quote.
Receiving your order
Please inspect every shipment on delivery. Count the cartons and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damaged, broken or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our Returns & Claims policy.
