Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every wholesale order placed with A2 One Group LLC, doing business as A2 One Home & Kitchen ("we", "us"). By accepting a quote you agree to these terms. A summary is available on How We Work.
Trade customers
We sell to retailers and businesses buying for resale or business use. Opening a wholesale account requires a valid resale certificate. Orders without a resale certificate on file may be subject to sales tax.
Minimums
The minimum opening order is $250. The minimum for reorders is $150.
Quotes and pricing
- Prices are provided by quote, by email, usually within 24–48 hours of your request.
- Each quote states the products, quantities, prices and freight, and how long it is valid.
- An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and payment is received.
Payment
We accept ACH bank transfer, check and credit or debit card. American Express is not accepted. Payment is due before the order ships. We do not offer credit terms at this time. No payment is taken through this website.
Availability
Products shown on this website are available to quote. Availability and lead times are confirmed with each quote.
Returns and claims
Wholesale sales are final. Damaged, broken or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. See our Shipping and Returns & Claims policies.
